How does the Saga integration work?
The platform exports processed data in CSV/XLS format compatible with Saga. You can select the desired documents and export a file ready for import, completely eliminating manual data entry.
How many clients can I manage with one account?
It depends on the chosen plan. The Starter plan includes 1 client, the Professional plan up to 50 clients, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited clients. Each client has their own isolated data space.
What accuracy does OCR processing achieve?
The average accuracy is over 95% on Romanian accounting documents. The confidence routing system automatically directs uncertain documents to more advanced AI models for additional verification.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level, ensuring complete data isolation between clients. Each user can only access data they have permission for.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation can be done at any time, and access remains active until the end of the billing period.
